HRD-Synergy Cooperation Centre
The establishment of HRD-Synergy Cooperation Centre in 2006 represents the joint efforts of two professional human resource consultancy firms : SIPHRD in Suzhou and Synergy in Hong Kong. Its objective is to assist enterprises in SIP and its peripheral territories by introducing advanced human resource management concepts, offering customized solutions and maximizing the return of the long-term development.

Employees with length of service from over 3 years to 5 years are usually the most productive staff group. The findings did not strongly indicate that the degree of satisfaction of salary is related to their intention to stay with the company or for how long they will stay.
