Miss Chan is a Fellow of
the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management
(HKIHRM) and member of the Hong Kong Institute
of Chartered Secretaries. She was the
Executive Council Member of the HKIHKM from 1996
to 1998. She also served on the Remuneration
Survey Committee for ten years of which she was
the Co-chairperson for five consecutive years,
and was a spokeswoman of the Institute on compensation
and benefits trends in Hong Kong and PRC. She
is an expert in delivering speeches and presentations
on various human resource management topics at
public seminars and workshops organized by professional,
commercial and academic organizations.
Miss Chan
is responsible for Synergy's operation and strategic
development. She provides consultancy service
in the areas of compensation strategy, organization
development, as well as design and implementation
of staff development training programs. Being
experienced in the Human Resource consultancy,
Miss Chan has established good and long term
relationship with Synergy's business partners. |

Ms. Wendy So
Miss So has been in the survey research field for 14 years out of which over 12 years focusing on the human resource management. Before joining Synergy, she was a consultant with a global employee survey firm for 2 years, serving companies both in Hong Kong and PRC, including, Calsberg, Ericsson, Moet Hennessy Asia Pacific, Hong Kong International Terminal, Hong Kong Hospital Authority, Hong Kong Housing Authority, Jardine Engineering Corporation (Member of Jardine Matheson Group) and Yantian International Container Terminals. |

As the head of Research Department with the Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management for 12 years, Miss So has in-depth experience in conducting a wide spectrum of human resource management research/survey projects, including Employee Opinion Survey, Pay Trend and Pay Level Survey, Benefits Survey, Performance Management Survey, Human Resource Management Survey, Manpower Planning Survey, Employee Turnover & Vacancy, Training Needs Analysis Survey and HR Competencies Study in PRC, Data Privacy Practices Survey, etc. In addition to research/survey projects of IHRM, she provided consultancy service to clients included Beckman Coulter, CITIC Ka Wah Bank, Housing Department, Hong Kong Society for the Aged, Jebsen, Jones Lang LaSalle, McDonald, Modern Terminal, Ricoh Hong Kong, Ocean Park and various CPA firms.
At Synergy, Miss So is responsible for all research related projects and employees surveys as well as human resource management assignments. |

Ms. Fanny Yung
Miss Fanny Yung is a highly sought after training professional with a broad
experience of over 25 years in marketing, retail operations and training.
She had worked for Hong Kong's most prestigious retailers, A.S. Watson
and Lane Crawford, responsible for the Training Department. She is experienced
in identification of training needs, program design and delivery for all
levels of staff from front line to senior management. |

Miss Yung is a Member of the
Hong Kong Institute of Human Resource Management
and had served as a member of the Institute's Training & Development
Committee. She has been conducting training programs
in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China.
Miss Yung is stationed in Shanghai. She is responsible for training on management and supervisory skills, Train the Trainers, customer service and selling techniques.
